Nonbinding participation statement

This is a nonbinding expression of interest, not a purchasing contract. Contractors selected for a store-referred project express an intention to consider the referring store for suitable materials, subject to homeowner choice, price, availability, delivery, specifications and existing commitments. There is no minimum purchase, exclusivity, penalty, guaranteed work or obligation to buy. Either party may stop participating. Any future binding purchasing arrangement requires a separate, expressly accepted agreement.

Stores receive no commission or share of Designscape revenue and do not resell our service. Applications and referrals do not guarantee approval, leads, bids, sales or awards.
